The two Catalan companies join the metals division of Mirai Group.
Mirai Group lands in Catalonia with the acquisition of MAM and Metalec. The two companies devoted to metals are joining Innometal Group. These two incorporations bring the number of companies comprising Mirai’s metals division up to nine. As José Jainaga explained, Catalonia is a region with many metalworking companies.
Mirai wants to find companies outside the Basque Country, and Catalonia is a very good option. José Jainaga stated that this part of the country has a lot of companies – apart from the metal sector – that are of interest: in the electronics and pharmacy sectors, for example. But speaking of metal, he said that he likes activities related to aluminium and copper.
