We offer custom engineering and construction solutions for every customer, including the manufacture, installation, commissioning and validation of all equipment and installations.
Our detail and construction engineering is carried out at our Technical Office, based on the customer’s URS and following the regulatory requirements of the FDA, CE and cGMPs standards.
We manufacture our units in our workshops, with a team of welders certified to the ASMF BPE, FDA and cGMPs standards.

The products
Amizu water plant
Our purified water generation plant complies with the physical and microbiological characteristics required in the life sciences industry. Units manufactured in free-standing frames with generation capacities from 500 to 9,000 litres/hour, which can be customised to the customer’s requirements. Equipment validated in accordance with the FDA, cGMP and GAMP regulations. Output specifications: conductivity <0.2 µS, TOC <150 ppb and <10 cfu/ml.
Process reactors for pharmaceutical liquids
Our process reactors for pharmaceutical liquids are designed for the production of oral liquids, whether non-sterile (syrups, solutions) or sterile (ophthalmic and saline solutions, injectable solutions, vaccines). We offer the design and manufacture of all types of process reactors for the life sciences industry, fully adapted to the customer’s specifications. Our reactors can be configured for stirring/dispersion, process control, recipe preparation and more, ensuring they are perfectly adapted to the needs of each project.
CIP and SIP cleaning systems
We offer CIP (Clean In Place) cleaning systems designed according to the user’s requirements, with specific recipes for cleaning liquids, semi-solids and solids. In addition, our SIP (Steam In Place) systems provide in situ sterilisation for manufacturing and packaging lines and equipment for sterile liquids, guaranteeing efficient and safe cleaning and sterilisation.
Technical service
We offer a specialised technical service, maintenance and validation of liquid process installations in the life sciences industry. Our team guarantees optimum operation and compliance with standards in all installations.
